Lei 1:

>> É obrigatório o estudo das crianças brasileiros no nível Ensino Primário, Ensino Fundamental I, Ensino Fundamental II e Ensino Médio;

Lei 2:  

>> Todos os brasileiros nativos ou não têm o direito de estudar gratuitamente nas escolas governamentais do país todo; 

Lei 3:

>> Alunos pretendentes à UBRA (Universidade do Brasil) devem realizar o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM) e obter uma nota maior que 600 pontos nas provas objetivas e 500 pontos na prova de redação; 

>> Alunos pretendentes à universidades particulares deverão realizar o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM) e obter uma nota maior de 500 pontos nas provas objetivas e  não zerar na prova de redação;

Lei 4: 

>> Alunos que não tiverem condições de estudar, é oferecido ao aluno com fundos governamentais o Bolsa Estudo que varia de R$350,00 à R$1450,00 mensais de acordo com o grau pretendido. É necessário obter uma pontuação mínima de 600 pontos nas provas objetivas do ENEM e 500 na redação, e/ou obter uma pontuação mínima de 600 pontos nas provas objetivas do ENEBaG (Exame Nacional da Educação Basica e Geral); 

Lei 5: 

>> Alunos estrangeiros ou naturalizados brasileiros podem aplicar-se às escolas e universidades do país, incluindo a UBRA, desde que obtenham ao menos 50% de pontuação em ambos os exames, realizados na língua nativa e na língua portuguesa-brasileira.

Law 1:

>> It is required the study of Brazilian children in primary education level, elementary school, Secondary School and High School;

Law 2:

>> All native Brazilians and foreign people have the right to study for free in government schools around the country;

Law 3:

>> Students who have interest to apply to UBRA (University of Brazil) should achieve the National High School Exam (NHSE) and get a higher score than 600 points in objective tests and 500 points in the test of writing;

>> Students pretenders to private universities should conduct the National High School Exam (NHSE) and get a score of 500 points or higher on objective exam and cannot get zero in the test of writing;

Law 4:

>> Students who are not able to study, is offered to the student with government funds Studies Economic Aid, ranging from R$ 350.00 to R$ 1,450.00 monthly according to the desired degree. You must obtain a minimum score of 600 points in the objective exam of NHSE and 500 in writing, and / or obtain a minimum score of 600 points in the objective exam of NEExBaG (National Education Examination of Basic and General Levels);

Law 5:

>> Foreign students or naturalized Brazilians can apply to schools and universities in the country, including UBRA. It is required to obtain at least 50% score in both tests performed in the native language and Portuguese-Brazilian language.
